Are your sandals handmade?
Yes. Our sandals are handmade and shipped from Thailand.

Will the sandals look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show accurate photos. Because items are handmade, small variations in texture or stitching may occur.

Sizing

Are they true to size?
Most customers find them true to size.

I’m between sizes — what should I do?
We recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. If the size is wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will guide you through the exchange (subject to stock availability).

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Thailand.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your country and shipping method shown at checkout.

Do you provide tracking?
Tracking is provided when available. Some tracking updates may appear after the parcel reaches your country.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only for wrong size or defective items, requested within 14 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange an exchange or solution
