These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://yovira.store/ (the “Site”) and any purchases made from Yovira Store (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Online store terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your location (or have permission from a parent/guardian). You agree not to use our products or Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

2) Products and handmade nature

Our sandals are handmade and may have small variations in stitching, texture, or finish. Product photos are representative; colors may look slightly different depending on lighting and your device screen.

3) Pricing, promotions, and availability

Prices may change without notice. Promotions may be modified or ended at any time. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per order.

If we discover an error in pricing, product information, or availability, we reserve the right to correct it and may cancel or adjust your order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.

4) Orders, checkout, and payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

Your order details are accurate

You are authorized to use the payment method provided

You will provide a complete and correct shipping address

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store full payment card data.

5) Shipping and delivery

We ship orders from Thailand. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or local delivery conditions.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes determined by your local authorities. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Returns and exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges only for:

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Worn or used items are not eligible.

7) Accuracy of information

We try to ensure that all descriptions, prices, and content are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yovira Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yovira Store (including the owner) from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operations in Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
